Industrial design company Teague have looked after projects with big names such as Nike, Boeing, Compaq, Hewlett Packard and so forth. In the current market where awareness for bicycles is at all time high, Teague challenged the idea of conventional bicycle with Pulse, a more contemporary design which would look better and also at the same time make bicycles more visible and increase safety. These are only concept drawings at the moment but possibly in the near future if these types of safety measures and key design elements can be implemented then more people would be stimulated to ride bicycles. The key features being the turn signals on the handle bar ends, large illuminated triangle and counter weighted pedals and straps that would always face the right way up.
ALIFE - Fall 2009 - Shell Toe Hi-Lite
ALIFE keeps our sneakers from getting crinkly toes with rubber shell toe caps on their new season’s Shell Toe Hi-Lite. These high-top sneakers made with clean supple leather upper featuring colors matching the shell toes and soles (in olive or black) are part of the new season’s line up. Both shoes have a padded ankle lining and the entire shoe is kept sleek in contrast with a tag on the tongue and another on the side panel.
