Kitsune The Shop at Bluebird Pop-Up Store Opening
Shortly after new locations have been added in both Tokyo and Milan, French boutique/brand Kitsune Maison’s latest pop-up store opened in London this week. Set within The Shop At Bluebird, it features the brand’s own unique array of fashion, music and other items, including their limited edition table which was created in collaboration with E15. The Cool Cats release their new collaborative project with storied boat shoemakers Sebago. Utilizing a simple Black/White colorway, the Parisian collective hands the design reigns to artist So-Me, who has implemented a multi-color motif onto the clean-cut backdrop. MASH SF x Cinelli Fixie Bike 2010 Preview
Building off the success of this year’s all-new design, renown bike specialists Cinelli link up once again with MASH SF for second release for 2010. This latest interpretation features new color and design efforts done up by Benny Gold, while maintaining all the same specs as the current release. The custom paint and frame stickers are meant to resemble the shape of the Mash lighting bolt and give the bike a feeling of speed. Features include: pursuit track geometry, monochromatic paint scheme and a retro-Classic Cinelli crest logo on the head tube. Scheduled to be released in October are two retro version of the classic Vandal basketball sneaker by Nike. It looks like Nike will be releasing more sneakers not only as retros but in vintage styles and colorways to please the vintage sneaker heads. The subtle and bright versions of the Vandal High Supreme comes in black or magenta with metallic Swooshes contrasting the body. Both colorways keep it original and basic with white midsoles and black outsoles. Little attention to detail always make the sneaker stand out with the stitching on the cup sole bearing sun tanned brown color instead of clean white stitching that would throw it off the concept. Multi-colored ankle strap adds extra vintage flavor and works well accenting the whole sneaker.A.P.C. X Supreme - Capsule Collection
Possibly one of the most exciting collaborations this month, NYC’s Supreme had joined forces with French label, A.P.C. to create a capsule collection of items that fuses Parisian chic with NYC attitude. The collection will encapsulate a pair of selvedge denims that is a specially designed version of A.P.C.’s classic New Standard Style with new back pocket embroidery and a matching removable pin, and a photo print graphic tee in two colorways (a red one to be sold exclusively at Supreme and a black one at A.P.C.).
