“On designing a window-display of Maison Hermès, I intended to express…a hidden presence of a person in the movements born naturally in daily life. I created a design where one can perceive someone behind the scarves as if life were being breathed into them. The window is designed with an image of woman projected on to a monitor. The scarf softly sways in the air in response to the woman’s blow.”
LAMBORGHINI ANKONIAN CONCEPT
According to the designer, the Ankonian takes the design of the Reventon to the next level, even though the concept itself manages a unique expression. The supercar concept has a more aggressive design, and is downsized to account for a more environment-friendly status, though it does not include any hybrid or similar technologies.
The mid-engined supercar has a narrow and rather complex-looking body, with a garnishing of GT proportions. Thin OLEDs embedded between the surfaces function as headlights, and while all those lines may look weird, the Ankonian supposedly makes the best use of it all. The concept was named after a bull type famous for black hair, and since the designer had some help from professional designers at Lamborghini and Audi, the finished model has impressive looks.
Bape Holiday 2009 Bapex Clear – New Colorways
Previously the Bapex Clear came in the Submariner look. Today Bape has released some new colorways of the watch, this time inspired by the Rolex GMT-2. It comes in black, blue/red and in brown/gold, with all three featuring a 24 hour bezel.visvim x masterind Japan Luggage and Sneakers
Sense Magazine gives us a first preview of the upcoming collaboration between visvim and mastermind Japan. The two brands are no strangers to each other and have pretty much worked on collaborative product every season in the last couple of years. The next one consists of a few luggage pieces, including a backpack and a waist bag, as well as the Skagway high top sneaker model. Look out for a release in the near future.
