“CRYSTALLIZED™ Meet 12 Tokyo Brands” Project : visvim Series
As part of their CRYSTALLIZED project, Swarovski worked with 12 Tokyo brands (3.1 phillip lim, Bedwin & The Heartbreakers, Casely-Haford, CICATA, Inpaichthys kerri, John Lawrence Sullivan, Kitsune, Sabatino, SOE, ts(s)) on special product collaboration. The line-up is rather impressive. Today we get a first detailed look at their work with visvim. Together they worked on footwear and on clothing, of course all decorated with Swarovski rhinestones. In terms of footwear they present the Maliseet Elk-Folk and the Skagway. Furthermore the capsule collection consists of denim jackets, pants, t-shirts, belts and more. So far there is no word, whether the collaboration will actually be released.
BAPE x AMBUSH - CREEP STA
Instead of opting for the regular athletic sneaker collaboration and putting new two cents onto BAPE’s popular canvas, the BAPE STA, BAPE and rapper m-flo’s jewelry label, AMBUSH, has decided to create an absolutely new, unprecedented footwear called the CREEP STA for their collaborative capsule collection.
Casio G-Shock - Green Colors Watches
Casio G-Shock will be launching a new series of watch collection, Green Colors, which are connected by the theme of Green as in green of plants which grow from sun light. The watches included in the series are the popular models G6900, G5600 and G2300 with each model interpreting the color green in its own way. Each watches posses clean aesthetics combined with the Tough Solar technology that reduces waste of batteries. Gloss surface of the watches reflect vibrant leaves and plants that are lively. It is an indication to increase awareness of our environment and to appreciate the power of the sun.
Scratchophone - Portable Scratch Instrument
Turntables have come a long way since its first inception and now it has become regarded as a musical instrument rather than a music player. Scratchophone have introduced a new product which pushes the boundaries of a conventional turntable. This Portable Scratch Instrument is more drum like in shape and structure putting the turntable on top and the fader on its side as demonstrated by DJ QBert. The turntable used is Numark TT500 while the fader is Vestax PMC06 that is fixed into a custom build fiberglass casing. It also comes with a harness that allows the user to stand up and walk around while scratching making this a truly unique instrument.
Nikon x Porter - Limited Edition Sturdy Tool Bag
